Pauline died suddenly and unexpectedly on Wednesday 3rd July 2019. She died in hospital with her husband Paul and daughters Francesca and Louise by her side.

Pauline enjoyed four happy years in Cumbria following her return in 2015. The move was much anticipated and from the day she arrived, she lived it to the full. She made great friends in the village, enjoyed time with her family and reconnected with her hobbies. Her ethos was about tolerance and respect and living for the moment. 

She was a kind and honest woman who will be greatly missed.

Cremation to be held on Tuesday 16th July 2019 at 1 pm. People are invited to join us for a moment of reflection or to pay their respects in a way which feels right for them. If you can't join us, please know that Pauline felt that everyone found their own space to mourn and that this didn't have to be in the context of a funeral. 

We are accepting donations to be divided between Eden Animal Rescue and Penrith Mountain Rescue. Both charities were close to Pauline's heart.
